At Indie Dhaka, we prioritize your satisfaction. Please read our trial, exchange, and refund policies carefully:
Check Before Payment: Customers are encouraged to check the product thoroughly before making payment to the delivery agent.
On-Spot Returns: If there are any size mismatches, defects, or the customer simply chooses not to take the product, they are welcome to return it immediately to the delivery agent—no questions asked.
Post-Delivery Issues: If a sizing issue or defect is discovered after taking delivery, customers must contact Indie Dhaka within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will review the case and advise on the next steps accordingly.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable in cases where a product is defective or the customer is genuinely dissatisfied with the item.
Exchange & Store Credit: For all other return and exchange requests, customers will be offered:
An alternative product of equal value, or
Store credit for the same amount, redeemable for future purchases.
We aim to deliver your orders as swiftly as possible:
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
Outside Dhaka: 4–5 working days
International Orders: 5–7 business days
Urgent Orders:
For urgent needs, we offer express delivery via parcel services (e.g., Pathao Parcel). In such cases:
The product amount must be paid in advance via Bkash or Nagad.
Delivery charges can be paid in cash to the rider upon receipt.
Charges depend on the app-based fare of the selected delivery service and your location relative to Indie Dhaka’s office.
